Ways To Make Money With Your Blogspot Blog

Yes, people are making a ton of money online with Blogspot Niche Blogs! You can too. You don't need a fancy, hosted Wordpress.org blog to cash in, as a matter of fact a lowly Blogger blog has one big advantage, you can use your keywords in the URL without having to worry about buying a domain name. Granted, having your keywords in your URL is only one piece of the SEO (search engine optimization) puzzle, but every piece helps your bottom line;o).

First off, decide on a Profitable Niche to pursue, then go to Blogger to set up your blog. It's really is simple, a few clicks and you'll be posting on your new blog!

Ok, you've done your homework and know what your target audience wants to buy. Now lets look a some of the ways you can monetize your blog:

  • Contextual Advertising Ads
  • Affiliate Products
  • Content Link Ads
  • Your Own Product
  • Selling Advertising Space
  • Sell A Service
  • Donations
There are more ways to make money online but these are by far the most popular, lets look at them in a little more detail:

Contextual Advertising Ads

These are the ads that I'm sure everyone is familiar with, as they grace the pages of most websites online that are looking to make money. Google AdSense would be the most widely used. I would think more money is made online with contextual advertising then the rest of the list combined. Here's links to the most popular contextual advertisers:
  1. Google AdSense
  2. Yahoo Publisher Network
  3. Bidvertiser
  4. Chitika
  5. Clicksor
Affiliate Products

When selling affiliate products, really the sky is the limit! There are thousands of products to sell online as an affiliate. You would of course choose affiliate products to match what the people in your niche would be searching for. Remember you want to supply what they need!
There are affiliate marketplaces that handle the products of many merchants, here are a few of the most popular:
  1. Clickbank
  2. Commission Junction
  3. AzoogleadsAds
  4. Link Share
Content Link Ads

Fairly new on the scene content link ads are gaining in popularity, and can be used in addition to Google AdSense ads (you should always check to make sure-though). They are simply the double underlined keywords you see on many websites, when you hoover over them a relevant ad is shown which you can click on. Here is a list of advertisers that use content link ads:
  1. Amazon Content Link Ads
  2. Kontera Ads
  3. Linkage Ads
Your Own Product

One of the most profitable ways to monetize your website is by developing your own product. You could sell hard goods(a new type of bottle opener, perhaps) or software (if you have the needed skills), but to my way of thinking writing your own digital informational product is the way to go. That's right an ebook, even though there are thousands of ebooks out there for sale , the demand is still high. The cost of writing it, if you do it yourself, is minimal, there is no shipping or handling involved, therefore they are nearly pure profit.
I think everybody has an ebook or two in them! Go here to get PLR Products absolutely free.

Sell Advertising Space

You can sell advertising space, but don't expect to rake in the cash, unless you receive a ton of traffic. If you do have the traffic, selling advertising can be a real money maker.

Sell A Service

Sell a needed service in your niche. Selling a service is a little different than selling a product, in that a product you can have ready to deliver with the push of a button (as with ebooks). A service on the other hand, you perform when it's ordered ( as with website development). The Internet gives you the ability to offer your service to millions of people everyday!

Donations

You can ask for donations ("buy me a beer" and "buy me a cup of coffee" come to mind). Paypaloffers a simple "donation button" for it's members. I use Paypal's button on my money making blog.

These are all rock solid ways of making money with your Blogspot niche blog. Stay tuned I just started this blog-more posts coming!
